02 — How the Evening Runs

How the Evening Runs

This programme runs all seven days of the week.

  • 19:00Doors OpenThe evening starts with the DJ's dinner music and the first meze.
  • 20:30Fasıl on StageThe six-piece Fasıl band takes the stage; your requests and your voice join a lively, spirited repertoire.
  • Through the NightDJWhen Fasıl takes a break the DJ takes over, and the stage is never left empty.
  • Between Fasıl SetsShowsZeybek, Flamenturco, Oryantal and Zenne take the stage in turn, and all eyes are on them.
  • 24:00FinalThe live programme closes with the Fasıl band's finale.

03 — Food Menu

Food Menu

Chef Özlem Mekik

Meze

Made with sour apple, strained cheese and yoghurt. Finished with distilled mint oil, roasted nigella seeds and fresh dill.

Carrot and potato made with burnt yoghurt. Finished with a tomato sauce put up in the summer.

Chargrilled aubergine with garlic, our own red oil and spices. One of the oldest signature dishes on the menu.

Hot, crisp courgette served over a smoked tarator made with yoghurt and mayonnaise. The balance of the dish comes from those two parts, hot against cold and crisp against soft.

Antalya chickpeas with tahini, cumin and lemon. Finished with slow-cooked caramelised onion.

Mint, parsley and dill made with semolina and sun-dried tomato. Finished with olive oil and garlic.

Fine bulgur kneaded with smoked Şanlıurfa pepper, pomegranate molasses and spices.

Made with grilled olives and red beetroot, topped with ground walnuts. It brings a deep olive aroma together with the balance of the beet.

Salad

Rocket and butter lettuce with white cheese, carrot, raisins and a pomegranate molasses dressing.

Hot Starters

Served with a minted yoghurt sauce and chilli oil. One of the oldest signature dishes on the menu.

Pastry filled with green lentils and minced beef, served hot.

Main Course

Grilled beef sirloin served with mashed potato and a mushroom demi-glace sauce.

Fruit & Dessert

Fresh fruit chosen by the season.

Semolina halva, prepared as Chef Özlem Mekik's take on the season's fruit. The presentation changes with the season.

No. Your table is set aside for your group alone; tables are not shared.

The same programme runs seven days a week. Reservations start from two guests; we do not take single-person reservations.

There is no separate dance floor. Guests dance in the space set aside around their own table, keeping service routes and shared walkways clear.

For reservations of 20 guests or more, a deposit equal to 50% of the per-person food price is taken; the amount varies by night. For reservations of fewer than 20 guests, a deposit may be requested in some periods.

The balance is paid at the end of the evening in cash or by credit card. The deposit taken for the reservation can be sent by bank transfer or paid by card at the restaurant.

Smoking is not allowed in the indoor dining room. There is a heated area outside for guests who smoke.
